Virtual Proofs are shared through email for all customization orders, free of charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to check proofs carefully for approval. Once the proof is signed by the customer, any printing issues that were not corrected or caught during the proof stage become the responsibility of the approver.

Pre-Production Samples are available for an additional charge. Please contact us for lead time and pre-production sample charges.

Embroidery:  $25.00(R) Sew-out charge.

Customization Colors: All colors are approximate based on the PANTONE® Coated Color Guide.

PMS Colors: Matching available for Eco-Friendly Image-Dye™ customization only. On HI-Def and Embroidery customization, attempts are made to come as close as possible to any requested PMS colors.

Product Colors/Imprint Placement: Actual product colors may differ slightly from the representation on this website. If clarification of product color is required, please request a sample.

Domestic Customization: Print 1 or more logos on the outer canopy with no limit to the number of colors in your artwork.

MOQ: 25 Pieces.

Production Time: 14 days from art approval (subject to change).

Direct Import Customization options include: outer canopy logo, hi-def design on inner or outer canopy, umbrella sleeve print, and hi-def handle medallion.

Other decoration options may be available upon request.

Art for screen-prints must be provided as a vector file (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .cdr, .svg). Our art department may vectorize files as necessary. Images for custom orders must be hi-res (300dpi) and sized 15” x 15” or larger.

Standard umbrella prices include a single, 1-color print on the outer canopy.

– 48-72 Pieces: 1 color included—$1.20(R) per additional color up to 9.

– 144 Pieces: 3 colors included—$0.60(R) per additional color up to 9.

• No setup charge. All items include 1 logo up to 10,000 stitches. Additional $0.35(R) per 1,000 stitches over 10,000.

• 4+ Piece Orders: No setup charge. Application charge $25.00(R) per logo up to 15,000 stitches. Add $0.75(R) per 1,000 stitches over 15,000.

All logos are centered on pocket or side panel; Staff Bag Belly Pocket logo is centered in the embroider-able area (top half) of Belly Pocket.

Front Pocket Standard Size: 4.5" Tall x 4.5" Wide. Please refer to product pages for placement options and maximum imprint size.

Monogram Standard Size: 1" Tall (capital letter height) x 4.5" Wide. Monogram height may be adjusted down to fit in available space. Capitalization guidelines and font are on an order-by-order basis as provided.
